The primary responsibilities for the Master Franchisee are to recruit individual Janitorial Franchisees, secure commercial cleaning contracts to provide accounts for the Janitorial Franchisees, and provide back office support in the critical areas of training, customer service, billing and collections.
The Janitorial Franchise program provides to individuals and families an opportunity to own and operate an independent commercial cleaning business. A Janitorial Franchise owner can take advantage of the support and training Vanguard offers, and our ability to secure quality commercial cleaning customers. The Janitorial Franchise owner can get started with a low initial investment, minimize risk by starting part time and growing to full time, keep their day job if they prefer, and ultimately build a significant janitorial business.
