Vanguard Cleaning Systems® franchise organization strives to make sure its franchisees receive a solid training in cleaning, customer service, selling their own accounts, so that they can operate a complete janitorial services business. Franchisees receive hours of training before they can begin their franchise business operations and the local Vanguard Cleaning Systems office will continue to offer educational opportunities throughout the lifetime of their businesses. The instruction includes:
- Instructor-Led Training – Each franchise owner receives classroom training at our regional office with expert instructors.
- Computer-Based Learning – We have a proprietary suite of computer-based training to help focus on key technical and state-of-the-art aspects of janitorial services.
- Field Training – Vanguard’s customer service team conducts onsite visits and providers field training to ensure that our franchisees service is consistent and delivered as promised.
- Continuing Education Courses – The regional offices provide periodic training to refresh franchise owners on the leading-edge of cleaning techniques and technologies.
