The Master Profile

The Vanguard Cleaning Systems® Master Franchise Program has been designed for the seasoned executive who wishes to establish his or her own regional franchise businesses.

  • Experience Requirements – Preferred background is executive-level manager with strong people and management skills.
  • Initial Fee – The minimum initial franchise fee is $100,000 and the minimum liquidity required is $300,000.
  • Business Model Profile – This is a business-to-business (B2B) operation – marketing and awarding franchises to unit franchisees that provide commercial cleaning services to customers. The account base typically consists of office buildings, R&D facilities, small/medium sized businesses, medical offices, etc. Unit franchise base typically consists of independent people interested in owning and operating their own commercial cleaning business.
  • Background Snapshot – Vanguard has more than 40 Master franchisees, all of whom bring a wealth of senior leadership and entrepreneurialism to their respective businesses. The Master franchisees joined Vanguard from firms such as Advance Auto Parts, Alcatel-Lucent, ARAMARK, GE, HealthSpring, IBM, McDonald’s, Pepsico and Wyeth among many others.
