 Joseph Harvey Opens the Doors to Columbus, Ohio Location  

Columbus, OH – April 1, 2008 – Vanguard Cleaning Systems, Inc., a commercial cleaning franchisor leader, continues to expand its growth in the United States by awarding the rights of the Central Ohio office Master Franchise to Joseph Harvey, Regional Director for this new establishment.  Joseph Harvey comes to Vanguard after a 22 year career at Countrywide Financial Corporation where he was Divisional Executive Vice President of Wholesale for 33 states.  With the addition of Central Ohio, Vanguard now has 36 master franchise locations throughout the United States and Canada, and 3 company owned locations in California.
