Ed Gong to oversee Lathrop, California Regional Office  

Lathrop, CA – February 1, 2008 – Vanguard Cleaning Systems, Inc., a commercial cleaning franchisor leader, continues to expand its growth in the United States by awarding the rights of the Central Valley, California Master Franchise to Ed Gong, Regional Director for this new establishment.  Ed Gong brings a wealth of sales and general management experience primarily from the residential mortgage industry.  Previously, Ed was a Vice President, Northwest Region, of the residential mortgage unit of General Electric.  With the addition of Central Valley, Vanguard now has 35 master franchise locations throughout the United States and Canada, and 3 company owned locations in California.
