Vanguard Cleaning Systems is a national organization with over 80 Account Representatives that service 50 Regions across the United States and Canada. First-Year earnings average between $50-$55k. Our Top Performers exceed $110k in their second year. 401K plans and insurance are available in addition to monthly Auto and Cell Phone allowances. Your compensation will be comprised of a base salary + an attractive commission schedule.

Through our franchise system, we provide Janitorial and Cleaning services to over 7,000 small and medium sized businesses. In most cases, our Telemarketing teams generate qualified Appointments for our Account Representatives. High Performers in our system supplement those appointments through their own lead generation and networking efforts. Basic computer skills required (MS Word, Excel and Outlook).

In this position, you will typically be selling to mid-level Managers who respond favorably to friendly and professional salespeople. We maintain our accounts for an average of 4 years with a dedicated Customer Service team and we pride ourselves on Clear Communication, Solid Ethics and ongoing Employee Development.

Requirements

 Our ideal candidate should possess the following:

> Minimum 3 year of B2B outside sales experience

> Minimum Associate Degree (show evidence of degree)

> Strong time management skills

> Strong closing skills 

> Excellent communicator

> Professional appearance

> Strong cold calling, networking and biz development skills

> Some appointments will be provided

> Good computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point)

> Professional attire and reliable transportation a must

> Ability to travel extensively throughout the metro area
